In this video, I will guide you to extend your exhale to be twice as long as your inhale.

Why? In order to put your body into parasympathetic dominance and to start to increase your CO2 tolerance.

This session will lower your blood pressure, reduce your stress levels, flood your tissues with fresh oxygen and leave you with a sense of inner calm.
