In this 90-minute workshop, fascial expert, Chris Crawford, is going to teach you what it truly means to have “good posture” and why that’s so important. He’ll explain how your four diaphragms are interconnected and how they create balance, coordination and integration in your body. He’ll offer tools for deepening your awareness of your breath and introduce simple exercises for conditioning your fascia.
Chris will take you through a 50-minute exercise routine for improved posture, greater self-awareness, better quality of movement, reduced pain and overall fascial health.

How to Prepare for Class
- Be prepared to have your camera ON for class.
- Hydrate well before class.
- Do not eat for at least 1 hour prior to class.
- Wear flexible and/or loose-fitting clothing.
- You may want to have a mat handy for working on the floor.
- You will need access to a blank wall.
