How to Prepare for Class

• Be prepared to have your camera ON for class.
• It is recommended that you brush your teeth and rinse your mouth before practicing these techniques. 
• Please bring a slightly damp washcloth in order to help you better grip your tongue.
• Be sure to wash your hands with soap and water before class.
• You might want to have a pair of disposable gloves on hand.
• It is recommended that you trim and file your nails before class.
• Have some water available to help moisten your mouth between techniques.
