Find Your Breath is the first course in a series devoted to the BE Light Breath technique; a therapeutic breathwork system that educates people about their powerful ability to use their own breath as a means of finding inner peace and purpose.
Detailed across 3 hours and 18 lessons, Find Your Breath lays a clear foundation, focusing on the 4 basic principles of BE Light Breath. You will also learn some basic anatomy and physiology of breathing, how to use your position to optimize your breathing, and how to simply and safely incorporate a regular breath practice into your life.
You will be guided through 4 breath sessions (ranging from 5-15 minutes in length), which you can watch again and again. These breath sessions can be used as a part of your self-care routine to reduce stress, but more profoundly they can be used to integrate your emotions, connect you with your intuition, clarify your vision and empower you to take fearless action.
