Hi, I’m Tara Bianca—breath coach, nervous system educator, and someone who’s been walking the path of holistic health for over two decades.
I’m a Master Instructor for the Oxygen Advantage and working toward becoming a Master Practitioner for Z-Health.
I bring a unique background in anatomy, movement, bodywork, and performance training to every session; helping you connect the dots among seemingly disparate symptoms.
