What's Coming Up in the Community?
Two LIVE Community classes per month (minimum):
One BREATH GYM + One SPECIAL EVENT
Classes are held the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month @ 10AM ET.
(Unless otherwise stated)
Monthly Q&As are held the last week of each month.
Members get access to all recordings, for as long as they remain members in good-standing.
LIVE Breath Gym Group Classes
These LIVE (via Zoom) Breath Gym Group classes are focused on functional breathing for daily life, including basic breathing mechanics, basic breath holds and techniques for mental and physical resilience, as well as relaxation and recovery.
Classes run 45-60 minutes.

Who's Your Host?
I'm Tara! I am the creator of the BE Light Community. My role is to touch base with you weekly to help answer any questions I can, share my wisdom, offer personal stories, host classes and special events, set up challenges, give recommendations and share quick tutorials. I am also a fellow explorer and equally eager to learn from you and your experiences.
