Breaking the Worry Habit
Join Clare, an Anxiety Therapist, for an interactive live workshop where you'll finally kick the worry habit to the curb. Discover why you worry so much and learn easy tricks to stop it in its tracks. Plus, unlock the real magic of mindfulness (it's not just about sitting still!) and find freedom from your racing thoughts. Leave, armed with simple tools to keep calm.

By Participating in this Workshop, You Will:
- crack the code on why worrying has become your go-to habit
- dive deep into proven techniques that help you calm your inner storm
- learn how to watch your thoughts instead of getting tangled up in them
- get to know the part of you that creates anxiety, and learn how to help it chill out
- discover tricks to soothe your body when you start worrying
This Workshop Will Last Approximately 90 Minutes
30 minutes of lecture | 40 minutes of experiential practices | 20 minutes of Q&A
HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS
To get the most benefit out of this habit-breaking workshop, it is best that you show up LIVE to practice the exercises under the guidance of our expert instructor. This will also allow you the opportunity to ask questions and have the most personalized experience possible.
Even though the workshop will take place via ZOOM, please prepare as if it were a live, in-person class.
(A recording will be made available for 7 days ONLY!)

PREP #1
Everyone who attends will need to have their cameras on. Please set your space up in such a way that the instructor can see you, whether seated, standing or lying on your mat.

PREP #2
Some of the somatic practices are best experienced lying down. For your comfort, please be sure to bring a mat and one or two pillows.

PREP #3
Please bring a paper and pen in order to jot down any important notes or reflections that come up for you.

PREP #4
Please bring anything else that you find comforting as we work through these challenging issues. (e.g., a cup of tea, a blanket, fidget toy, etc.)
WHO IS YOUR INSTRUCTOR?
Clare Karasik, MSW, RSW
Clare Karasik is a Therapist helping anxious people develop authentic self-trust and access their ability to feel calm. She has over 10 years of experience helping hundreds of clients transition from dysregulation and fear-based thinking to a deep sense of balance and self-trust. She firmly believes that we’re capable of change and teaches her clients to access the wellspring of calm and confidence that already exists inside of them. When she’s not guiding her latest mindfulness practice, you can find her obsessively playing pickleball, getting lost in nerdy board games, or watching feel-good dog videos.
