How It Works
Our 8 private sessions (60–90 minutes each) are fully personalized to your body, brain, and goals.
Here’s what we’ll cover together:Â
- A detailed gait and posture review to identify which brain areas need the most activation
- Mobility and motor control drills tailored to your specific movement patterns
- Assessment of your visual system—including eye coordination and tracking

Between sessions, you’ll practice 2–3 targeted neuro drills (just 15–30 seconds each) designed to improve pain, mobility, and performance.
