Tara Bianca
Tara is an LMT, Holistic Health Coach and Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor. She's been a holistic health practitioner for the past 20 years, based out of New York City. She's also the owner of BE Light Transformative Therapy, an online health and wellness education company, specializing in therapeutic breathwork, bodywork, mindset and sound healing.
She has coached thousands of people over the years to cultivate greater breath and body awareness so as to reduce their pain, increase their energy, improve their mobility and truly shine as their authentic selves in the world. She is well-versed in a number of different breathing techniques, including Oxygen Advantage, Buteyko Method, Transformational Breath, Pranayama and Qi Gong.
She is passionate about building a global community that is dedicated to achieving optimal health and wellness â for people and for planet â as holistically as possible. To that aim, all her programming at BE Light is designed to truly empower you with simple tools that allow you to regain full autonomy over your health and happiness so you can BE your greatest self and live your best life.

Bob Soulliere
Self-directed explorer of human performance and potential, Bob Soulliere is an Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor, Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor, and Level 2 Buteyko Instructor based in Washington, DC. He trained directly under Wim Hof, HRV clinician and practice leader Dr Jay Wiles, and global breathing expert Patrick McKeown.
Through his company, Breathe Your Power, he puts people back in touch with their innate powers, their native capacity to modulate their autonomic nervous system and their experience of life, to become resilient, happier, healthier, stronger, improve performance, find their voice, stay present, and shift their lives with more ease and grace.
He has trained thousands since 2017 using breath, HRV training and biofeedback, mindset, learning about physiology and neurology, aligning with circadian programming, fun, controlled stressors (such as cold), and community to create a space for exploration, growth, performance optimization, and transformation.
