Core Harmony: A Pelvic Health Workshop is a comprehensive program designed for anyone looking to improve their pelvic health and core strength. This workshop will focus on the essential connection between the pelvic floor, core stability, and overall body alignment.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of the pelvic floor's anatomy and its crucial role in supporting the body's functions and maintaining balance. The workshop will cover effective breathing techniques to enhance pelvic floor function, the importance of proper posture, and methods to engage the core correctly.

Through a combination of education and practical exercises, attendees will learn how to address common issues such as back pain, postural imbalances, and core weakness, leading to a stronger, more balanced body.

The workshop will include a 50-minute movement-based class where participants can apply what they’ve learned. The class will guide attendees through a series of exercises, from gentle mobility drills and pelvic floor activations to posture-focused movements and functional patterns that can be incorporated into daily life.

Each exercise is tailored to reinforce core engagement, support pelvic health, and enhance overall wellness. The session will conclude with a relaxing cool-down and reflection period, leaving participants feeling aligned, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to maintain their pelvic and core health. There will be a Q&A at the end, where participants can ask questions about everything they have learned.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS

To get the most benefit out of this informative and experiential workshop, it is best that you show up LIVE in order to ask the most relevant questions for your needs, and to get the most personalized tips possible.  

Even though the workshop will take place via ZOOM, please prepare as if it were a live, in-person class.
(A recording will be made available for 7 days ONLY!)

PREP #1

Everyone who attends will be asked to have their cameras on. Please set your space up in such a way that the instructor can see you in both a standing position, and lying down on your mat.

PREP #2

This workshop will be addressing various connective tissue structures in your body, which are highly sensitive to hydration levels. To ensure you get the most benefit out of class, please be sure to hydrate well, drinking 16-32oz of water before class.

PREP #3

It is not advisable to eat a heavy meal before the workshop. Please do not eat for at least 1 hour prior to class.

PREP #4

You will want to wear flexible clothing that still allows the instructor to see the basic shape and posture of your body. Please no jeans or stiff pants. You will want to be able to move freely without hindrance.

PREP #5

Some of the class will take place on the floor. If you are sensitive to hard surfaces, please be sure to bring a mat with you. 

PREP #6

You will need access to a blank wall in order to correctly perform a handful of the exercises.
