Fascial Integration for a Healthy & Happy Body

Everything is connected! And in this live, experiential workshop, you’re going to find out exactly how. Did you know that you actually have FOUR diaphragms? Or that the position of your pelvis impacts the position of your head and shoulders?

Fascial expert, Chris Crawford, is going to teach you what it truly means to have “good posture” and why that’s so important. He’ll explain how your four diaphragms are interconnected and how they create balance, coordination and integration in your body. He’ll offer tools for deepening your awareness of your breath and introduce simple exercises for conditioning your fascia.

This 90-minute workshop will include a 50-minute exercise routine for improved posture, greater self-awareness, better quality of movement, reduced pain and overall fascial health. Chris will also share some unique ELDOA exercises, a revolutionary method for optimizing spinal health.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR CLASS

To get the most benefit out of this informative and experiential workshop, it is best that you show up LIVE in order to ask the most relevant questions for your needs, and to get the most personalized tips possible.  

Even though the workshop will take place via ZOOM, please prepare as if it were a live, in-person class.
(A recording will be made available for 7 days ONLY!)

PREP #1

Everyone who attends will be asked to have their cameras on. Please set your space up in such a way that the instructor can see you in both a standing position, and lying down on your mat.

PREP #2

This workshop will be addressing your fascial system in particular, which is highly sensitive to hydration levels. To ensure you get the most benefit out of class, please be sure to hydrate well, drinking 16-32oz of water before class.

PREP #3

It is not advisable to eat a heavy meal before the workshop. Please do not eat for at least 1 hour prior to class.

PREP #4

You will want to wear flexible clothing that still allows the instructor to see the basic shape and posture of your body. Please no jeans or stiff pants. You will want to be able to move freely without hindrance.

PREP #5

Some of the class will take place on the floor. If you are sensitive to hard surfaces, please be sure to bring a mat with you. 

PREP #6

You will need access to a blank wall in order to correctly perform a handful of the exercises.

Chris Crawford

Chris Crawford is a manual therapist and fascial expert who has been working in the health and wellness sector for over 10 years. He is the CEO and Head Exercise & Holistic Lifestyle Coach at Dekhana Wellness Inc. Chris is currently completing an 8-year European/Canadian Osteopath program through Sutherland University in Montreal, QC with Dr. Voyer.

Chris is also a passionate educator, combining his vast knowledge of anatomy, nutrition, kinesiology, Osteopathy, ELDOA and CHEK education into a system that can easily be applied and practiced by anyone.
