15-Minute Guided Breath Session for RELAXATION & SLEEP With Music Extended Exhale Breathing for Stimulation of the Vagus Nerve & the Parasympathetic Nervous System (aka "Rest & Digest" Mode)

In this guided breath session, we will explore 3 different breathing cadences, always keeping the exhale slightly longer, but gradually slowing down the breath cycle. We will breathe at a 3:5, 4:6 and 5:8 cadence.
