8:8 Guided Slow Breathing Session WITHOUT Music for:

  • PNS activation
  • vagus nerve activation
  • down-regulation
  • relaxation
  • sleep

In this guided slow-breathing session, we will breathe at an 8:8 cadence the entire time, meaning 8 counts in and 8 counts out.

I have included chime indicators so that you may choose to breathe for 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 15 minutes. Enjoy!

This session might NOT be appropriate for:

  • severe anxiety
  • panic disorder
  • low CO2 tolerance
  • an inability to slow down your breathing
