6:12 Extended Exhale Breathing Session WITHOUT Music - Parasympathetic Activation & Relaxation
Mar 15, 2022In this guided slow breathing session, we will breathe at a 6:12 cadence the entire time, meaning IN for a count of 6 and OUT for a count of 12.
I have included chime indicators so that you may choose to breathe for 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 15 minutes.
This session may NOT be appropriate for you if:
- you have serious anxiety
- you suffer with chronic hyperventilation
- you have low CO2 tolerance
- you have panic disorder
- you’re coming into the session too amped up
