Triangular Breathing PART 1 of 4: Have you ever tried these variations?

There's essentially 2 ways we can practice triangular breathing:

  1. INHALE-HOLD-EXHALE
  2. INHALE-EXHALE-HOLD

Today, we will focus on the former.šŸ˜‰

Understanding this breathing exercise can potentially be helpful for learning how to reduce stress and how to deal with anxiety. We'll explore a few variations, and continue our exploration in the follow-up videos.
