TRIANGULAR BREATHING PART 3 of 4: Variations on the Right-Side-Up Triangle

Different from PARTS 1 & 2, we will explore the right-side-up triangle breath, meaning INHALE-EXHALE-HOLD. We will also experiment with some vacuum breathing.

This breathing exercise can teach us how to balance the autonomic nervous system, in order to learn how to reduce stress and how to deal with anxiety.
