TRIANGULAR BREATHING PART 4 of 4: The Final Triangle Breath VariationsSep 06, 2022
As in PART 3, we will explore the right-side-up triangle breath, meaning INHALE-EXHALE-HOLD.
We will also experiment with some extended exhale breathing - breathing in for 4 out for 8 - as well as some vacuum breathing.
This breathing exercise can teach us how to balance the autonomic nervous system, in order to learn how to reduce stress and how to deal with anxiety.
