4x4x4 TRIANGULAR BREATHING: INHALE-EXHALE-HOLD Guided Breathing Exercise w/o Music

There are 2 ways we can perform our Triangle Breath:

  1. Upside-Down Triangle = INHALE-HOLD-EXHALE
  2. Right-Side-Up Triangle = INHALE-EXHALE-HOLD

Today, we will practice the latter, at a 4x4x4 cadence, without music.

This breathing exercise can help us balance the autonomic nervous system, and can be useful in teaching us how to reduce stress and how to deal with anxiety.
